We could qualify this terroir as typical of Burgundy. Installed on deep hard limestone, the vines have everything to give us beautiful balances in the wines. Located in the heart of the Saint-Véran appellation, this climate is shared between the villages of Chasselas and Leynes. The slope is gentle and the exposure southwest. This wine benefits from aging in tuns, barrels and vats for a period ranging from 12 to 18 months depending on the vintage. Les Cornillaux is a fine wine with significant aging potential.
