Arnaud Baillot is located in Beaune, heart of the Coted’Or. Arnaud Baillot, owner and winemaker has been making wine right after obtaining his master degree in 2013. Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud has teamed up with his wife Laure, grand-daughter of the fonder of domaine Hudelot-Noëllat, in Chambolle-Musigny, to produce a spectacular range of villages and crus Burgundy wines. Laure & Arnaud own 10 hectares of vineyard worked organic since 2017.
Arnaud has been involved all along the way, ORGANIC farming, winemaking process, choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine. Their philosophy is to respect and promote the complexity of Burgundy Wine Region while producing terroir driven wines.
